List each product, quantity, preferred manufacturer and part number. Add sizes or photos where helpful, and tell us whether alternatives are acceptable.
Include your delivery city, state, ZIP code and required date. If you manage multiple properties, separate the items by delivery location. For large deliveries, mention loading access or special receiving requirements.

From quote to shipment
We research sourcing options and clarify the specifications. Your quote confirms products, pricing, shipping charges, estimated timing and order terms before you commit.
Once the order is agreed, shipment is arranged from the supplier to the confirmed address. A mixed list may require separate shipments; any applicable shipping charges are included in the quote.

Send your usual material list and approximate reorder frequency. We can review repeat sourcing requests, with availability and pricing confirmed for each order.
Oc Supplys operates online. We do not offer a walk-in supply counter, and installation is not included in a supply quote.
